We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you use Tailor DM, including:

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, user ID, and account settings. This information is stored in Supabase for user authentication and account management.
  • User Content: Text, messages, and other data you input into our system for automation or processing purposes.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you use our automation tools, including logs and performance metrics.
  • Subscription Data: If you subscribe to our premium services, we collect and store subscription information including your subscription status, plan type, billing information, and subscription history. This data is managed through Stripe and stored in our Supabase database.
  • Feedback and Support: We collect information when you contact us for support, submit feedback, or communicate with us through our Services. This includes your email address, user ID, and the content of your messages.

We use Supabase for data storage, user authentication, and database management. We use Stripe for subscription billing and payment processing.

Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not display advertisements on our Services.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

User content and metadata are stored in our cloud storage. Your account information, subscription data, and feedback are stored in our database.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through your profile/dashboard page. Account and data deletion requests are processed within 7-14 business days.

6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Secure authentication and access controls
  • Regular security assessments and updates

  • Secure payment processing through Stripe

However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

By subscribing to Tailor DM, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated billing for any cancelled subscriptions, partial billing periods, or unused services.

Please ensure that the service meets your needs before purchasing a subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for charges already incurred.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BANNED ACCOUNTS.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Tailor DM allows you to automate interactions on third-party platforms. You acknowledge that using automation tools may violate the Terms of Service of these third-party platforms.

WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY for any actions taken by third-party platforms against your account(s), including but not limited to:

  • Account usage restrictions or limits (shadowbans)
  • Temporary or permanent account suspensions
  • Account bans or termination
  • Loss of access to data or followers

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Tailor DM complies with all applicable third-party terms and community guidelines. By using our Services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salvatore Castellitti, Caste.dev, and Tailor DM from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services or any restrictions imposed on your accounts by third parties.

9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Depending on your state of residence in the US or in some regions, such as the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland, and Canada, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

In Short: If you are a resident of California, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you.

We collect various categories of personal information as required to provide our Services, including identifiers (email, account name) and commercial information (transaction history). We do not sell your personal information.
